Return & Refund Policy

Olyra strives to ensure its customers receive satisfying experience with their purchase. However, if for any reason you are dissatisfied with your purchase, you may be eligible for a refund or replacement (exchange) in accordance with the following terms:

ELIGIBILITY FOR RETURNS

You are eligible to request a return and get a refund of any product in your order if:
• The product is damaged in transit;
• The wrong product is delivered to your address;
• The product is in its original packaging, is unopened, and in unused condition;
• You notify us of a refund request within 90 days after order delivery; and
• The purchase is from our website.

RETURN PROCESS

To initiate a return, contact us at olyra.proshop@gmail.com and we will send you the return instructions. Please wait for our instructions before sending anything back. Return address: Olyra, 59 Rue de Ponthieu, 75008 Paris, France. Please include your order details, including the order number and reason for return, and send proof with images for a faster process.

DAMAGED OR DEFECTIVE PRODUCTS

If your order was damaged in transit, please contact us immediately upon receipt. We will arrange for the return shipping and provide a full refund or replacement at no additional cost to you.

RETURN SHIPPING COSTS

If you are returning the product due to an error on our part (e.g., wrong item shipped, damaged product), we will cover the return shipping costs. If the return is not due to our error (e.g., you changed your mind or ordered the wrong product), you will be responsible for the return shipping costs.

REFUND PROCESSING

Once we receive and inspect the returned product, we will process your refund. Refunds will be issued to the original payment method within 7-10 business days – unless we mutually agree on another payment method.
